Our Story

Veldora Haven exists because the market for premium outdoor living products in Europe is genuinely difficult to navigate. The brands doing the most interesting work — the Estonian sauna workshops, the Scandinavian outdoor kitchen manufacturers, the Austrian and Australian fire feature studios — operate at a scale where their distribution is thin and their direct consumer presence is limited. A buyer who has decided they want a specific type of outdoor sauna, or a particular kind of fire feature, typically finds themselves dealing with manufacturers directly across language barriers, conducting due diligence on products they cannot see, and arranging logistics for goods they have never handled.

We built Veldora Haven to sit between those manufacturers and that buyer. Not as a marketplace — we do not list everything that exists — but as a specialist, with a defined position on what is worth carrying and what is not. Every brand we approach for a partnership agreement is assessed against the same criteria: the quality of the construction, the honesty of the materials specification, the track record of the after-sales support, and whether the product will perform as described in a Northern European outdoor environment three years after delivery.

We carry a small number of products in each category. That is a deliberate choice. Depth of knowledge about fewer products serves a buyer better than a catalogue that covers everything superficially.

What we offer that a manufacturer's own website cannot: a single point of contact across the full process from specification to delivery, logistics managed for large and difficult goods, warranty claims handled on your behalf without you needing to engage a foreign factory, and a team that has looked at each product we sell in enough detail to answer the questions that actually matter.

We are based in Denmark and ship across Europe.
