How your order reaches you

Order directly online
Everything needed to decide is published on the product page — dimensions, materials, power requirements, capacity, lead times and delivery detail. Order when you are ready. If anything is unclear, write to us and we answer within one working day.

Manufacture and dispatch
Your order is placed with the manufacturer after payment confirmation. We confirm the expected dispatch date and keep you updated if anything changes during the production or fulfilment window.

Scheduled delivery
We call 48–72 hours before delivery to confirm the window and the access route. Kerbside delivery on a tail-lift vehicle is standard. Where the carrier can place the item and take the packaging away, we will quote it for you before dispatch.

Warranty and aftercare
Every product carries the full manufacturer warranty. If something needs attention, you contact us — we manage the process with the manufacturer on your behalf. You should not have to deal with a factory directly.
